The amenities that exist within complex are start with the very warm front desk attendance, expensive gym with palettes studio and lap pool, theatre room, club room for entertaining and business suite. A variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units can be found within the complex,
280 Spear Street
Mira is one of the city’s newest complexes and situated a half block from the Embarcadero waterfront, next to Infinity and Lumina. Direct Bay Bridge and water views are some of the best in city! It’s spiral geometric and angular construction articulates up with every story.
This very unique complex maximizes light into each well thought-out condo, and every unit is a bit different. Floor plans range in size from good size 1 bedroom floorplans, to larger 2 and 3 bedroom units.
181 Fremont Street
A newer luxury complex at the pinnacle of elegance. There are limited residential units in this complex as it is a mixed-use building with corporate commercial on the lower floors.

One of the best located complexes in South Beach, just across from the South Beach Marina and the giants stadium and basically on the waterfront. The Towers at Embarcadero offers the ultimate balance in downtown San Francisco condo living. As its on the Walk the dog and run on the palm-lined Embarcadero up to the Ferry Building, or head over to the ballpark to see the Giants or the Warriors. This lovely complex is also close to Caltrain, MUNI stops, the Financial District, Mission Bay and easy freeway access.
This is full-service luxury resort-style living with lush manicured gardens, outdoor pool, barbecue area, well equipped fitness center, lunge with wonderful water and stadium views, conference room and a catering kitchen. Condos in this complex also has some of the best deck spaces compared to many of the nearby San Francisco condo complexes, that overlook the garden and the Marina waterfront.

Located just north of the Bay Bridge and close to downtown as well as the ballpark, residents of the Met can walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, Union Square and the Embarcadero. Interiors of these studio, 1 and 2 bedroom condos have some distinctive curved window banks for the best views. Some units have nice outdoor terraces and others smaller balconies.

The Blu is an elegant yet smaller boutique luxury complex in a very cosmopolitan location. Known for its designer kitchens and baths, with some views to boot. There are 1,2 bedroom units along with and 3 bedroom two-story penthouses with private rood decks and glass-walled solariums.
Amenities included a door person and 24/7 security, concierge services, a BBQ area on the common area and stacker parking. Walk to Union Square and Westfield shopping, restaurants, the Financial district or the ballpark, with quick access to freeway.
501 Beale Street.
If you're looking for a sleek, sophisticated San Francisco high rise condo, don't miss the Watermark, and as the name implies, its right on the waterfront. This is a smaller glass skyscraper sitting just south of the Bay Bridge, close to the marina and ballpark. Some units have amazing Bay Bridge and water views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Amenities at the Watermark include concierge services, 24-hour security, deeded underground parking, a heated outdoor pool and fitness center. Residents can walk to the Embarcadero, AT&T Ball Park, Yerba Buena Gardens and the Museum of Modern Art. Public transportation and many fine shops and restaurants are also nearby.
301 Mission Street
At the time of construction Millennium was noted as the top luxury complex in the area.
The complex is broken into 3 pasts, the lower floor residences, the higher floor grand residences and the city residences that make up a separate 12 story structure. The city residences are unique, with open floorplans, tall ceilings and spacious bathrooms. The finishes thought the units and complexes are at a much higher level than most other complexes. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with some penthouse level units being fully renovated into amazingly nice luxury units, unlike anything else in the city.
The club level accessed by all 3 parts of the building, incorporates a theatre room, saline lap pool that opens to an outdoor terrace, private message rooms, daycare center, private dining room, temperature controlled wine cellar, lounger with bar, and a secondary dining with elevator from the restaurant below.
Millennium Tower is a building that I believe still is a very good complex, albeit it has been deemed the Leaning Tower of San Francisco. So clearly not a building for many people.
765 Market Street
The Four Seasons private residences offers buyers the best in downtown San Francisco condo living with the amenities and service of a luxury hotel. Residents enjoy the hotel's Olympic-sized indoor pool, fantastic and well-appointed fitness center and spa. The private residence lobby is founding within the main hotel lobby with private doorman and 24-hour security. Homeowners also have access to round-the-clock room service through the hotel.
Walk to Westfield Shopping, Unions Square, Yerba Buena Gardens, and a wide variety of businesses, shops and restaurants.

Ultra-luxury living is found at the St. Regis Residences. The St. Regis is a condo/ hotel with residences occupying the top floors with hotel guess on the lower floors. This is a full-service amenity rich building with24 hour concierge, butler service, valet parking, lap pool, spa, roof deck, and room service like in the hotel. Situated in a cosmopolitan location and easily walk to Union Square, theaters, museums, restaurants, and the downtown area.
This complex caters to the affluent who want the top-level customer service. The service staff at St. Regis is amazing. 2 and 3 bedroom condo units vary in size with directional views typically going west towards Twin Peaks or to the east with city skyline views.
1 Hawthorne Street
One Hawthorne is a smaller but modern glass boutique luxury high-rise in a very cosmopolitan location. The one-bedroom units are my favorite as they run larger and have multiple views from various side. Amenities include high-speed elevators, a large and full rooftop deck with outdoor grill and seating not seen in any other complex of the area, 24-hour valet and attended lobby.
One Hawthorne has great walkability, close to the financial district, SFMoMA, Yerba Buena Gardens, the waterfront Embarcadero along with a variety of eateries, businesses and shopping.
90 Market Street
The Ritz Carlton Club is situated in the old Chronicle Building which was at one time the nation’s first skyscraper west of the Mississippi. Made up of 2 and 3 bedroom units within the older part of the building along with the newer part of the complex, the units are spacious with luxurious finishes and skyline views.
Amenities include Residents' lounge, business facilities, a 2-level private fitness facility and valet-attended garage parking. The Ritz is perfectly situated just minutes from Union Square and the Financial District.
333 Bush Street
Located at the edge of the Financial District towards Unions Square, 333 Bush Street is a mixed-use building with public and private corporate offices occupying the majority of the building, with seven of its levels devoted to private residences, while the rest accommodate a mix of public and private corporate offices.
A building known for it’s panoramic views which span from the Transamercia Pyramid to Twin Peaks. The floor-to-ceiling exposure in this building is like none other!
Primarily 2 bedrooms units that are spacious with open layouts. Some of the units have incredible corner bedrooms that make you feel like you are floating in space. Other units have massive private patios that are truly worthy of enjoying and entertaining, some of the best view terraces of any high-rise I know. The Residents also enjoy deeded parking and a private entrance through an elegant, landscaped solarium coming off of Bush St.

Madrone is a full-service building in the growing sub-district of Mission Bay, close to the water and in between 2 sports stadiums. The complex is more horizontal in layout, vs. the vertical spires. Comprised of two 16-story high-rise and two 9-story mid-rise buildings, offering views of the city, Bay Bridge, and water. All homes came original with hardwood flooring, large full-height windows, large balconies with terraces.
Amenities include an 75 foot outdoor pool and landscaped courtyard, well-appointed fitness center with steam room and sauna, club room with pool table, theatre room and front door desk attendant. There are a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units within the complex, with most views either facing north or south of the building.
708-718 Long Bridge
The Arden at Long Bridge Street is a newer condo development in the Mission Bay area, offering 267 units, a mixture of one, two, and three bedroom homes, all having adjacent outdoor space. Located on the water, this complex will provide residents with high end finishes as well as a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and social room. A parking garage will provide each unit with one parking space.
