The second we left the property, Jeff was on the phone with the selling agent building a relationship. From then on, I was impressed with how Jeff's strategic moves from what we communicated to the selling agent to his advice for my lender. One area really stood out the most and that was Jeff's negotiation skills. He, without a doubt, was working for me, ensuring I got the very best deal while also maximizing our odds of landing the property. We met a slew of challenges from a delayed appraisal from the bank to a backup offer on the table and more. But rest assured, I did really feel like I was always in good hands with Jeff's always upbeat, positive, crafty, yet almost stoic approach. Jeff also did the little things like driving to a hardware store to pick up a garage door opener for me, lending me his lockbox, or referring me to all of his craftspeople. Last but not least, escrow can always be a stressful, high-pressure time. However, in hindsight, it sure had its stresses, but at the end of the day, I had a blast working with Jeff. The cherry on the top was that Jeff even gave us brilliant ideas on how to redecorate the place to turn it into exactly the dream home we always wanted. We really would look no further than Jeff Marples when it comes to real estate in the Bay Area – especially since we value his honesty, dedication, and amiable personal touch.
